Her work leverages cross sector experience in education, healthcare, and technology to create nonfiction resources that support learning, mindfulness, and well-being across ages.

Her background in education shaped an early focus on accessible learning, while her experience in healthcare underscored the importance of stress regulation and emotional sustainability. Work in technology refined her precision, scalability, and execution. Together, these experiences inform Richly Learning’s specialty in creative learning resources; designed to engage, focus, and support whole human development through intentional use of creativity.

Lauren Wells

With a background as a former NYC public school educator, I bring a systems oriented approach to my work - prioritizing clarity, efficiency, and effective communication.

My role helps ensure the organization operates smoothly in support of Richly Learning’s work delivering culturally responsive literature, creative learning tools, and community based programming.

Tasha West

A Certified Cultural Strategist and systems thinker, Richly Learning’s co-founder brings 20 years of private sector experience in talent development, workforce strategy, and cultural programming. Her work spans global media, marketing, fashion, consulting, and tech; built on designing competency based frameworks, leading career readiness programs, and facilitating wellness activations that support both performance and well-being.

A foundation in leadership coaching and professional development informs her focus on clear thinking, aligned action, and confidence building at every level; from students to senior executives. Her background adds a layer of emotional clarity to the work: centering identity, and the power of self awareness in how people learn, work, and collaborate. Her mission is to deliver tools that are not just engaging but transformational for her community.
